Identification of allergens responsible for canine cutaneous adverse food reactions to lamb, beef and cow's milk.

This articles looks at how lamb, beef and cow's milk are common causes of cutaneous adverse food reactions in 10 dogs with specific IgE to these protein sources. Bovine IgG was found to be a major allergen in cow’s milk and could exhibit cross-reactivity with beef and lamb phosphoglucomutase.
