This study investigates the trends in urolith composition in cats through the retrospective evaluation of 5,230 uroliths sent to a urinary stone analysis laboratory between 1985 and 2004. The ratio calcium oxalate: struvite increased significantly over those 20 years except for the last 3 years of the study.
